Return & Refund Policy

At Rama Electronics and Mobiles, your satisfaction is our priority. We strive to deliver quality products in perfect condition. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a transparent return and refund process.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • Wrong Item Delivered

  • Damaged or Defective Product

  • Item Not as Described

  • Missing Accessories

Returns must be requested within 7 days of product delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or unauthorized repair

  • Items without original packaging, invoice, or accessories

  • Earphones, headphones, or wearable devices (for hygiene reasons), unless unopened

  • Software, digital items, or downloadable content

3. Return Process

Step 1: Initiate a Return

Email us at support@ramaelectronicsandmobiles.com or WhatsApp us at [Insert Phone Number] within 7 days of receiving the product. Include:

  • Order ID

  • Reason for return

  • Photos/videos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)

Step 2: Return Approval

Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions. We may arrange a reverse pickup or ask you to courier the item.

Step 3: Pack & Ship

Ensure the item is:

  • In its original packaging

  • With all accessories, manuals, and invoice

Step 4: Inspection & Refund/Replacement

Once the returned item reaches us, it will be inspected. If it meets return conditions, we’ll process:

  • Refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, OR

  • Replacement (based on stock availability)

4. Refund Terms

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

  • Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunds will be issued via UPI or bank transfer.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order before it is shipped.

  • If already shipped, you can refuse delivery and inform us for a refund (after deduction of any shipping/handling charges).
